Recipe: Berry Burst

Brighten up your breakfast with some nutrient rich raspberry chia jam in creamy yoghurt and a generous sprinkle of our granola.


  • Large handful of raspberries

  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

  • Splash of water

  • 100g Yoghurt

  • 40g Perfect Provender Granola


  1. In a small pan, place the raspberries over a gentle heat and allow to become soft as you move them around the pan.

  2. Add the chia seeds once the raspberries have cooked down and lost their shape.

  3. Add a little splash of water to loosen the jam and simmer for a minute. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. As the jam cools the chia seeds will thicken it.

  4. Place the yoghurt in a bowl and stir through the raspberry and chia jam, top with granola.
