Recipe: Berry Burst
Brighten up your breakfast with some nutrient rich raspberry chia jam in creamy yoghurt and a generous sprinkle of our granola.
Large handful of raspberries
1 tsp Chia seeds
Splash of water
40g Perfect Provender Granola
In a small pan, place the raspberries over a gentle heat and allow to become soft as you move them around the pan.
Add the chia seeds once the raspberries have cooked down and lost their shape.
Add a little splash of water to loosen the jam and simmer for a minute. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. As the jam cools the chia seeds will thicken it.
Place the yoghurt in a bowl and stir through the raspberry and chia jam, top with granola.
