Nothing beats the feeling of being totally prepared for the week ahead. And with our overnight oat recipes, we’ve got you covered!

Banana and Peanut Butter

40g Oats

1/2 Banana

1 tsp Peanut butter

100ml Milk (plant or dairy)

• Mash the banana with a fork then add the milk and whisk a little before adding the peanut butter.

• Whisk again then add the oats

• Stir well and place in a jar then into the fridge overnight

Plum and Chia

40g Oats

10g Chia seeds

100ml Milk

1/2 Plum, sliced

• Heat a frying pan and add the sliced plum with a splash of water. Allow to colour a little then flip over

• Mix the oats, chia seeds and milk together and place in a jar.

• Top with the cooked plum and place in the fridge overnight

Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

40g Oats

1/4 carrot (grated)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

10g Raisins/currants

100ml Milk (plant or dairy)

• Mix dry ingredients then add milk and mix again

• Spoon into a jar and place in the fridge overnight

Pear and Almond Butter

40g Oats

1/2 Pear (grated)

1 tsp Almond butter

100ml Milk (plant or dairy)

• Mix oats with the pear

• Add the milk and mix again

• Spoon in to the jar and top with the almond butter and place in the fridge overnight

• Remove from the fridge in the morning and serve with a sprinkle of granola for that perfect crunch!
