Summer Smoothie Series - Summer Berry

So here it is! Our final recipe for the summer smoothie series…a delicious berry and oat beauty…enjoy!

Ingredients (serves 1):

2 tbsp Oats

100g Frozen mixed summer berries / forest fruits

2 tbsp Yoghurt (we like a creamy Greek style but almond or coconut works well)

100ml Almond milk

Method:

Blast together in your blender and serve!
