Summer Smoothie Series - Watermelon, mint and strawberry

As we’re all enjoying the summer months, we thought you might like some refreshing smoothie recipes to get stuck in to! The first of our series is this cooling watermelon, mint and strawberry smoothie that is super easy, needs minimal ingredients and tastes delicious!

Ingredients:

1/4 Water melon, roughly chopped (seeds left in or removed depending on your preference)

Roughly 8-10 frozen strawberries

1 small sprig of fresh mint

Method:

Simply place all of the ingredients in your blender and blast until smooth! Serve with some of our crunchy granola as a tasty breakfast or snack, or pour in a glass a slurp away!
