Join us for a relaxed Yoga class followed by breakfast!
The Yoga class will last about 45 mins and is suitable for all abilities. It will include gentle flowing postures and stretches to leave you feeling relaxed and energised.
The breakfast is ‘help yourself’ and will include lots of lovely fruit, granola, yoghurt and banana loaf along with tea and coffee.
Please book your ticket via the link below. Tickets cost £7.50 per person, ages 12+ welcome.
Please bring your own Yoga mat if you have one as spares are limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis! If the weather is nice we hope to be on the grass outside!
